I work in the User Experience Design Team this means I am usually working directly with clients. A general day to day consists of learning how different applications/systems work, designing new interfaces and then presenting back to the clients either via face to face or email.
I have definitely developed my people skills as I used to get really nervous when presenting to people but now, 2 years later I can confidently present my work to management and clients.
