Customer services and billing services day to day. It involves taking calls from customers regarding their bills.
Yeas, I have learnt how to deal with different kind of customers and how to use different systems while dealing with the enquiry and working as a team is the most key element I have learnt within the role.
I really enjoy the programme daily
I feel valued but am not quote sure what my future holds within the company BT
The programme is well structured but there's no enough time to invest within the programme

The salary doesn't actually meet my costs I have to work extra hours.

It's a large company that deals with mostly everything in all sectors of work and its I dearly to work within BT to create the experience that brightens someone's future
