Trainee Engineer Review

My role with in Openreach is that if Network Solutions doing FVR work.

I certainly have learnt a lot to do with engineering and the copper network with in the ground

All the work that is currently being completed I have done during my ICT A-levels I feel its a little patronising at times and doesn't help me when plying my trade as an engineer

I feel extremely valued within BT. If you put everything into this company they will put everything into you.

Our trainer helps us when needed and give valuable in put.

My employer is always having new ways to communicate effectively to me, addressing ways to help with concerns I may be having.

It doesn't at the moment. And quite frankly I am doing the same job as a few engineers who are on a better pay package then me. However I am on more then the average for my age.

Yes, there's always opportunities to be sent anyone up and down the country and get rewarded with tickets to the O2. People are organising nights out and things like that. There is always something to do.

Its a fantastic company to work for after you find your feet.

Knowledge, calm and be collective. They will throw everything at you if they find a weakness.
