  • I have developed lots skills I already had but also learnt alot along the way.

  • I'm really enjoying the programme not only gaining skills but building myself as a person.

  • I feel completely valued they spend a lot of time focusing on my learning, making me feel an important part of the company now and in the future

  • 100% well planned and always willing to have feed back on anything that may need or want to be changed

  • I get full support from my trainer i can contact him any time I need something

  • 100% support from contact with my team to manager and above that if I want too.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I feel I'm a little exception to this as I'm an adult with children starting again so I struggle a little money ways but generally i feel its quite competitive if it wasn't for that.

  • Lots always promoting events

  • Yes

  • A great alround company completely focused on the future of there staff to build them as a company.

  • No advice need go for it. You will get all the support you need.
