Execute test scripts and verify results on the smart meters. co-ordinate with ScottishPower and third parties regarding issues found and then drive forward to resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.
Yes, i have learnt many skills which gives me opportunity to implement in to my work, for example, Learning to execute test scripts. learning to use new software such as SQL, SAP
i enjoy working with the team as they are really helpful, the company gives me unlimited resources to up-skill
i feel very valued as once you get the experience your basically a normal employee for them
its very structured, we have been given schedules which allows us to take time off work to do training etc.
as mentioned before they give us unlimited resources and access to some sites which teaches us how to learn new things everyday
all the management support us, if you have any doubts or questions they are very approachable
Salary is okay, as i live in london, the cost are a lot higher than any other areas, therefore it is hard to live up to that
there a lot of events which take place and which involve managers and not just only apprentices so that we can network

The best thing about this program is that it gives you the upper hand on the experience side as you are working with real clients. they also give you a lot of support in terms of training so that you are not left behind.
