  • Documentation master Jira expert – maintained accountability Account planning for Alfred (Senior Manager) Daily direct contact with SM Daily client interactions Salesforce upskilling Smoke testing and validating raised defects Covered for functional lead Handover from technical lead to the new Accenture resource Running the daily stand-ups ALM tracking for test cycles Sustain high levels of focus, effort and energy Always review any work/documents that are to be shared with the team or client Created document for the Sprint functionalities and build summary overview Aware and punctual with my work load Ask for support when needed Frequent meetings with team members concerning developmental feedback Always acting professional and representing Accenture at all times Now I have carried with me all the skills previously developed and am now reviewing sprint work with developers and making sure it corresponds with client requirements before sprint presentation. I am also working on various trail heads in Salesforce to help me reach my aim of eventually having the role of Technical Lead in future projects. – For this I have been working closely with the Technical Lead from my previous project to help me develop the relevant skills.

  • Work hard and ask questions. Be proactive and communicate with your team. Team work is fundamental.
