  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme is very good within the walls of Capgemini and the work we have to do while on an apprenticeship is very good due to we are treated like any other employee and not as a "trainee" but I did have to change my role when I first joined which did put me behind on my apprenticeship and this was only two certain people and not everyone.

  • I feel very valued by Capgemini.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The organization and structure of my Apprenticeship was very poor and it put me on the back foot from the very start we had to forget and restart the whole learning process under a new trainer, while doing this we were keeping track of our learning which was then changed and our work wasn't needed anymore. this then went onto documents which were used to show what we have learnt and the amount content and work needed has been changed a numerous of times which has not helped us. The timings of our programme have never been released to me and i have never been shown the dates or time line for our apprenticeship.

  • Very little.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The managers within my area have been very helpful and supporting but then some areas and certain people have asked about the lack of work and sometimes commitment from the apprentices even though it has been a very hard long process to do what we have done in such a small amount of time.

  • 9. Would you recommend Capgemini to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a very good impressive and friendly company to work for, I have nothing bad to say about Capgemini as a company or how they treat their people because it is very free and caters for many different people and their needs and that not easy to find in our society anymore. the way Capgemini work is very much so a people first organization and that's what makes the results because people then want to work.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
  • Make sure you be yourself and don't always think you have to be something your not for example I'm not technical and I knew nothing about technology or laptops and I know test code and projects for big international clients.
