  • I have learned new software skills that are highly sought after in the market and are applicable within my degree. Chance to complete courses both online and not Opportunity to develop my business skills along side my technical skills

  • Challenging work that keeps me busy along side the support I need from colleagues to get the tasks done. Members of the team are available to support you

  • Strong review structure and reward scheme that is constantly being improved.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is one of the oldest of it's type and it has been refined by both Aston University and Capgemini to provide the best possible program.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Lecturers are always available to answer questions and I have a contact if I have any concerns or suggestions for the program.

  • As much as I need. I am aware of the different resources I have access to

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • My current salary is enough to meet all of my needs and enough to save. A salary review process is in place so that I will get appropriate salary increases allowing me to improve my accommodation over time.

  • A large range of opportunity to join events inside and out side of work from charity work to joining an in work gym group.

  • Yes

  • It has everything you need in a company as it is able to support the beginning of your career and provide development for your future.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
  • Work hard on your application and think your answers through thoroughly. Be confident and truthful in what you say and be yourself. Show your excitement for the possibilities this apprenticeship could give to you!
