I have a really lovely, supportive team Company culture is excellent and really encourages a work/life balance Learning lots everyday and thoroughly enjoy it
Appreciated constantly by the team Everyone in the company has time to sit with me and discuss any questions I have - and they are all genuinely interested in me and my progression.
As we are the first apprentices in the HQ, they are all still sorting out the rotations but they keep us in the loop, and it is as organised as it can be at this stage.
My tutor and team are always here to assist with any questions I have. The University understand that I work full time and are here to assist with Uni work if I ever need help.
Team are very supportive and want me to succeed.
As I have had to move due to the placement of the apprenticeship, my wage makes me quite tight
Team building events, sports teams. However, the location of the offices means that to get to anywhere outside of work requires a little bit of travel in the car.
