10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to pladis Global?
To keep an open mind about the nature of the company and the roles within it. There are so many different aspects to work even within a single department that whatever you imagine working for pladis to be it is likely to be completely different. It is also important to apply as yourself, and not try too hard to change your personality to what you think a "desirable" employee would be.
