  • As a business apprentice, I carry out different tasks depending on the placement I am in. These tasks can vary on a day to day basis. As a result of this, I am in communication with many different individuals both internally and externally. • I feel very valued by Leonardo. I have support from my apprentice manager and my placement managers. This makes it enjoyable to work here. In addition to this, I received recognition for my work and desire to learn which makes me feel valued as an employee who has only been working for the company for 7 months. • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme that I am participating in is very well structured. I had an induction at the start of my apprenticeship and continue to have training to educate myself about all areas of the business. I am able to allocate time to complete apprenticeship work. I am also supported by many people within the business and have meetings with my NVQ assessor who I can speak to about any issues I have, not just NVQ related. I am given tasks which will challenge me which I like. It ensures that I am focused and this incentivises me to complete all tasks to the best of my ability. There is a hierarchy in place but everyone treats each other as equal which is pleasant to see. My programme is well organised.
