Flying Start Associate 2. Working on audit engagements, speaking with the client and working with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met.

Working towards my Chartered Accountant qualification as well as conducting internal training courses in independence and pcaob training.

It's good, gives you a sense of purpose. I enjoyed learning new things and working with new people.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

We have champions for help which has been good. In terms of help with work it depends on how busy a colleague is.

6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel improvements could be made towards keeping up-to-date with us. Training isn't the best and isn't sufficient enough.

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

PwC pay for accommodation which helps assist with our costs.

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

Company month end events are good and their are good sporting activities. Although on some jobs where everyone is so busy, there is no time to do anything after work.

Good course, fast track to qualification.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PwC?

Practice your interview skills. Be confident. Go in with some business knowledge of industry and current things happening in the business environment.
