Audit work
Yes - audit knowledge and excel skills
Expectations are unrealistic and not enough support/coaching
Moderately. Expectations are unrealistic and not enough support/coaching
Well organised however we have to work every busy season which is very demanding instead of one full year.
1 week of intensive training before work started however after that coaching is limited as people are often too busy.
Varying amounts from different employees.
Considering the level of work we are given / expected to perform I feel our salary does not reflect this.
N/A
No
The support and coaching throughout the placement is not what I would expect especially for the work that is required from us. Going through the normal graduate process gives you a better chance to learn on the job and develop skills without being pressured.
Be prepared to learn independently and pick up things as you go.
