  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • on a day to day basis i can be expected to answer emails, raise PR numbers for invoices for other companies. i also have to manage the budget spreadsheet making sure it is up to date and accurate in order to maintain accuracy when needing to see how much budget there is remaining still. i am also tasked with the responsibility of building and sending out the company emails often to thousands of people at a time.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt a host of new skills since starting work, notably how to use systems and programs on the computer to manage processes i have never used before, such as SAP for raising invoices and ensuring companies receive payment for the work that they have done for us. i have also developed my skills using Microsoft excel when managing our budget sheet and have gotten far more confident in my skills whilst using it.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the program and how each day is not exactly the same and constantly challenges me in new and unexpected ways. i also like the fact that i have to problem solve when it comes to things like issues with the app where i am the first port of call for a solution.

  • 9b. Why?
  • it is a great opportunity to work in an office for one of the biggest car brands in the world, along the way you will meet some fantastic people from many different walks of life and different cultures. It challenges you in a good way and always gives you the opportunity to improve your working skills and personal skills.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Stellantis?
  • I would tell them to come in with an open mind as things may not be entirely what you were expecting, and to make sure that they are willing to learn and to try new things even if they dont work out the first time. The application process and interviews are intense but come prepared and everything will work out just fine.
