Providing Assistance to those within the Company with Training related queries.

Confidence in speaking to new people. Learnt how to maintain and manage emails efficiently.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The team is very friendly and helpful to help with any queries that I may be struggling with. The work and personal life is separated nicely and doesn't leave me stress thinking over the weekend.

4. How valued do you feel by Costain?

I feel valued highly as been recognised as someone that was helpful in resolving a query and being contacted directly rather than system's email.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The Induction was helpful in providing a summary as to what Costain does as well as what is offering to me. The support is helpful in regards to my course work and the team recognise that this is more important than my day work and provide time set to be away from this work.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

The provider helps by ensuring that the work set is clear and understandable, if not having time outside of the class to go through one to one.

My manager is extremely helpful in helping me with my work and going the extra mile to find people in the company that can assist even further.

The salary is good and doesn't meet my cost.

There are events related to the system which is helpful for improving this for the company.

Costain has a lot of opportunities to move around the company into different areas and get a better understanding of the company.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Costain?

Be confident, ensure you know some of the key achievements that Costain has brought to the public such as cleaner solutions for Power and new forms of Transport.
