  • It's great working with a good team of people and speaking with contractors every day. And doing different tasks each day is good as it keeps it fresh

  • I feel very valued by my managers and have a great involvement in my project. However this is not reflected in my pay.

  • There is definitely a good structure to my programme, no complaints.

  • More than enough. They are always available for support when required and provide extra support for certain areas if needed.

  • Plenty of support. Always available to give guidance when I am unsure of something which also helps me learn

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • For the work I do and the time I've been at Sisk my salary does not meet my costs. Especially considering others doing the same job role as me are on far more. I don't struggle on my money but I'd never have enough to move out

  • Plenty. There are always activities being planned for after work which is good and adds a nice social aspect to work

  • Yes

  • Be prepared. Do your research on the company and their recent projects. And also look at the locations of their projects in relation to where you live
