  • Through my apprenticeship I have developed existing skills and learnt new ones. From the first week I was taught basic first aid, became IOSH qualified and started to work towards my BTEC Level 3 in mechanical engineering. I have since completed the BTEC achieving Distinction * Distinction. I'm currently working through my NVQ level 3 and hope to complete it soon. I have personally developed communication skills, talking to work colleagues and contractors. this has been a good boost in confidence.
