  • Since beginning I have worked along side the technical team and have now integrated into the team and earnt my place there.

  • I have a number if new qualifications and my depot has sent me on other training courses to make me one of the more competent people within the team.

  • the programme is defiantly worth doing

  • they know the value of my skills here and often put them to use as long as I am confident in what I am doing.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • the training is excellent however having to go to and from Gosport from Leeds for training is a pain, it would be better if there where more training centres available for apprentices.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I am 19, have 3 cars and my own house on my apprentice wage so I would say as long as you are smart with your money it isn't a struggle.

  • yes however I don't attend often

  • Yes

  • good apprenticeship, good money and a good future

  • just be logical, think with common sense and be truthful throughout.
