posting invoices onto accounting software, bank reconciliation, payroll, VAT returns, management accounts, stat accounts

Team work, accounting skills, communication

very, they allow everyone to see that all the work is needed from everyone
5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
Kaplan apprenticeship side isn't the best, you defiantly have to know what you are doing yourself to be able to check everything is correct, but the actual tuition at Kaplan college is really good.

as much as you need

a lot better than being at school, but with a full time job and getting older new responsibilities arise like rent and bills and then you realise how important it is
8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
there are loads of extra things to do outside of 9-5 but at the moment I don't have time for these
9. Would you recommend Smith & Williamson to a friend?
Yes
9b. Why?
its a lovely place to work, inside and out the office, good client base, good support provided
10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Smith & Williamson?
make sure you are willing to put in the effort of work and college as its worth it in the end, but it isn't something you can just wing with no effort
