  • My role is to carry out the mechanical calibration for the entire factory of Edinburgh site.

  • I am coming to the end of the programme and still enjoy at as much as I did at the start

  • I feel my job role is valued within the company and meeting with executive's help give motivation

  • I feel it is well organised but also requires initiative to find work if there isn't much happening within the department

  • The training provider offers enough support to help grow in my career and they show good attitude to helping any problems.

  • I don't require a large amount of support day to day but I know if I require support then I will receive it.

  • I feel like the wage could be increased a bit, however we have enough money to live a good life so cant complain

  • At the beginning of the apprenticeship there were a lot of outside work opportunities

  • Yes

  • Leonardo is a great place to work as an apprentice as they are full of skilled professionals who are happy to teach you everything they know


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Leonardo?
  • I would highly recommend acting motivated and don't be too shy as showing confidence is important when applying for jobs
