  • I have learnt a lot of skills that I have been able to incorporate into my day to day role.

  • At the beginning the experience wasn't great, it was launched without much thought but since we have met up and discussed improvements this has improved it dramatically.

  • overall not too bad although Santander aren't the greatest salary payers across the industry

  • Overall a good reliable bank from a customer point of view but also good to work for.
