Client role was as a Central PMO for a global regulatory change project at a Tier 1 Global Investment Bank. Some of the optional roles I've undertaken included being my project's resource champion, mental healthy ally and capital markets training participant.
Communication Leadership Independence
Lacked variety of work and didn't travel outside of London often at all (one of the reasons I joined Accenture) - however I've met some wonderful people during my internship and have been able to take part in a wide range of activities.
I feel far more valued by Accenture than I do by clients!
Programme structure is clear, easy to understand and flexible if you choose to extend your role.
Training providers have given me the opportunity to get involved in many programmes within Capital Markets.
I received plenty of support when I was required to take sick leave, and am eternally grateful for the way it was handled! Very quick, professional and I felt like I was really valued by the company.
Competitive salary, although I often found I would work beyond the half hour 'overtime' daily cap.
Accenture provide a gym subsidy for keeping fit outside of the office.

I've had experiences as a gap year intern which many of my peers won't have until they graduate. Horizons has helped me to choose and drive my own career.
Candidates are the best versions of themselves when they are completely, and 100% relaxed. [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] did a fantastic job of creating an environment where people weren't afraid to speak up or ask questions. The MindGym session is an excellent activity which Accenture should provide to those that reach the Assesment Centre.
