  • 9b. Why?
  • The apprenticeship programme needs to be improved before they take on new employees as they need to understand what is required before hiring and not having any of the programme set up - as we didn't start our programme for at least 6 months and we had no contact regarding the programme.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
  • It a lot of work applying, as it has many stages - and finally an all day assessment. It seems a lot scarier than it is though, as everyone is really nice.
