  • I am a banking advisor i see customers and help them with thier banking needs make and save them money.

  • I have qualified in English and i am studying for maths and my retail business

  • I find there is a large work load on top of my day to day job, but i do feel i would benifit from the qualifications when i do pass it all

  • I do feel valued and my team allow me time out to study for my apprentice

  • I doint feel like there is much structure to my apprentice

  • I do get support through out my apprentice i dont think we see each other very regular so i tend to not focus on my learning

  • they allow me time out to complete my training but it tends to get cancelled out if we get busy, short staffed of an appointment comes in
