  • I work in the trade service export letter of credit department at Lloyds bank and process letters of credit on a daily basis.

  • yes, from all the training and hardwork of the apprenticeship mentors, I have managed to learn more about people skills and the work I put into my job.

  • I will enjoy my program and find it really useful in both my work and social life.

  • I feel very valued by Lloyds banking group and they are a good company to work for.

  • I think it could be better organised in the start as I didn't have a mentor for 6 months but once the program is up and running there are no issues

  • I received a lot of support from my mentor neil Sheldon who is very good at his job.

  • I receive a lot of support from my line manager Andrew Stevenson who is also very good at his job.

  • my salary is good enough to support me in my day to day life, funding of a car and rent and all food expenses - I feel I am at a good part of my life.

  • yes there are many opportunities outside of work and I am acting upon the opportunities that Lloyds bank is providing me with such as day to make a difference projects

  • Yes

  • Lloyds banking group is a brilliant employer and offers more than just a job, they offer health care insurance and bonus' and the salary itself is really good.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
  • always be yourself, pay close attention to details within your job, get a good night sleep as you are sitting in front of a screen all day and enjoy the experience
