    • I enjoy meeting customers and also the practical aspects of the role.

    • so far I feel valued by British Gas.

    • The course is well structured but I feel it would benificial to have more time out on patch to gain the practical skills needed to carry out the role in a confident manner.

    • To work hard as the the training is quite intense.
