  • Within my apprenticeship, we travel round different placements within the company getting some experiences of what each department does.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have improved my presentation skills during meetings and when I have gone to present and promote apprenticeships at schools.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my apprenticeship as you get to do a variety of things as well as work closely and make friends with other apprentices.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by MBDA?
  • I feel valued by MBDA and feel that they treat me the same as any other employee within the company.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think the programme is structured well. However, there is times that we are left hanging about in placements for the first few weeks as people didn't expect us.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Lots of support. I have asked two big questions to my training advisor which could have been an easy no but she has managed to work things out to give me what I want.

  • Access to a lot of courses and guidance which is good.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Very very well, especially considering the apprentice minimum wage is £3.30 an hour.

  • Lots of opportunities!

  • Yes

  • Brilliant company and an apprenticeship is perfect as you are earning while you're learning

  • Double check application for spelling and be confident! Remember they don't expect you to answer everything
