  • I answer telephones dealing with custoemrs general queries directing customers to specialist teams when required and log custoemr complaints

  • I have been working in similar roles for the last 10 years and I do not feel my skills have been developed only my knowledge of a new sector

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The Aprenticeship I believe is useful to people without experience in the role andin first time employment however so far I have not seen anything which I have not completed in numerous training programmes over years in the service industry

  • I feel Valued as an Employee staff and the people I have direct contact with and lloyds structure appears to be fair

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • so far the apprenticeship appears fairly organised I wold prefer if there was more clarity in terms of when I will be given time to complete the work and what resources are available within the workplace

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I believe I receive sufficient support to be able to progress so far this has been displayed in terms of instructing me which modules to complete and the timescale involved

  • My Employer has agreed to Provide me with time off the phone to complete my work however I need to request this each time and advise when it should be put in

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • in terms of living costs for my area I recieve just enough to day to day bills beyond that there is not much leeway at least not on the starting wage

  • I do not understand what this question refers to. My aprenticeship does not appear to offer any opertunities merely being a qualification

  • 9. Would you recommend Lloyds Banking Group to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • LLoyds banking Group delivers a good training programme has multiple benefits such as flex and an acceptable wage my role appears to be a good starting point in the service industry


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
  • Working here requires patience and a desire to help others. not every customer you speak to will be nice but you need to look at how you can turn that conversation around by listening to the customer and working with them to resolve their query
