  • I am a Business Readiness Manager, I plan the readiness activity for projects/ programmes ahead of large deployments.

  • I have learnt all of my Project Management skills from being on this programme, this had lead me in being successful in securing a permanent role in LBG

  • I have loved my programme, especially building my network with the other apprenticeships.

  • I feel like a highly valued member of staff and I have had feedback to reflect this.

  • Fine, although travelling is extremely expensive so takes up a lot of my pay
