  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the on the job learning, it makes it easier to complete assignments and I learn more this way. I have the full support of my coordinator and it has helped me demonstrate my commitment to developing my skills.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Enterprise Mobility?
  • I feel very valued by my manager and other managers in my team, although there is no consistency with how the NVQs are appreciated. There is no recognition any more. I don't feel that I am more valued due to doing the NVQ.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is very structured I can manage it myself based on what is happening in my current role and what demands I have. I work my own time around when I can complete my assignments and have the support and trust of my manager to do this. If I need extra duties or responsibility then I can ask.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I receive great support from my tutor, she is always on hand for any questions, advise if I am struggling for inspiration and am unsure where to start. she is always available on email if I need her. I have had her for two NVQ's now and I enjoy working with her.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I think support could be better from the management team with checking in how the progress is going. My mentor is fantastic and always offers to help when I need it. My HR team do not really get involved unless I ask but when I ask they are always very helpful. Generally there is support if you reach out.

  • 9. Would you recommend Enterprise Mobility to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I have recommended several candidates already, although the start salary is low they offer fantastic progression and training if you are willing to work for it. I did and now I am very happy.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility?
  • Research the company before hand we are much more than a rental company. Prep before hand, read your job spec and think about good solid questions at the end. Think of good work based examples of communication, dealing with multiple tasks or difficult customers, but really look at the job spec. We have a fantastic on boarding with a 1.5 day training before on the job. You get a free lunch on your first day which is always nice. I was very happy with my training, it is a lot to take in so I feel that once you are with your team and into your role a refresher on the HR side of things such as holiday, entitlements, how holiday requests and general admin things that differ from department to department would have been valuable.
