  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Each day we had an insight at the different departments at Pinsent Masons, giving us the chance to experience what it is like to be a trainee solicitor. We were also given research tasks which would normally be done by trainee solicitors. Each morning we had presentations which would be relevant to us, for example entry to law and Litigation. On our last day of our work experience we were given a business group exercise to do, which involved us finding a solution to a companies problem and presenting them to the trainee solicitors and peers. My time at Pinsent Masons has been extremely valuable as without it I would never have the chance to experience different areas of law and what solicitors actually do.
