My job title is Audit Traniee. My daily tasks involve helping on audits at the client site. If I am in the office I help the managers with odd jobs.
I am sudying for the ACA qualificaton which takes 5 years for the school leaver programme. I have developed may skills such as communication and I have also developed my Excel skills!
I am really enjoying the programme so far. All the employees at BDO are friendly and welcoming and are happy to help with any quires.
I feel very valued by BDO. I fell that they are always trying to help me improve as a person and also improve as a company.
Very organised. The exam structure is set out over a 5 year period. I have regular meeting with my counselling manager to trac my progress.
The support from my training provider is good. I have regular meeting with my assessor who also tracks my progress both at work and college.
The support from BDO is also good. Everyone is willing to help if I have any questions.
My salary is good for a 18 year old. It more than enough covers my costs as I live at home so have minimal expenditure.
The social commitee in the office have regular events that range from bowling to Go karting! SCASS also has lots events which take place around the southampton area.

It is a great place to work and they people are brilliant. They company itself is unlike any other.
