  • I have learnt a lot of skills from ICT, Communication skills and being able to work better.

  • I enjoy the programme a lot so far as it has allowed me to gain crucial experience and training that i would not have got through college.

  • Even though i am an apprentice i do not feel like i am treated any differently to any other member of staff

  • It is all laid out and structured when the training is and when we are working.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I have recieved a lot of support from baltic with trainers with one to one support, handouts, powerpoints and online resources.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A lot of support with there being a dedicated onboarding and support team.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • It is extreamly well paying compared to similar apprenticeships and also travel expenses are all covered.

  • As of right now i am unsure as this company is yet to be explored by myself.

  • Yes

  • So far this has been a great company to work for and i look forward to working with the company longer.
