Telecommunications Technician - Carrying out Faulting and Maintenance on railway telecommunications equipment in order to keep the railway running smoothly.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?


Performing Engineering Operation NVQ Level 2 Functional Skills Level 2 BTEC National Award in Engineering Level 3 Railway Engineering NVQ Level 3 ILM Level 2 ILM Level 3 Fibre and Copper Cable Jointing and other courses on relevant railway equipment.

the programme was very enjoyable and I would recommend it

I feel that I am very vauled

The programme is structured fairly well but there could be some improvements

Good Course and sets you up for a good career in the railway

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Network Rail? *

Prepare for the interview and the online tests as they can be quite difficult.
