  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am generally in charge of all the admin tasks on the team: I draft letters/emails for managers to send to clients. I ensure documents are filed in the correct place. Sometimes I am used to edit documents which will be sent on to clients.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I feel as though there is not enough time in the day to complete apprenticeship work on top of my normal tasks. However I get the impression that many people at work have great admiration for the programme and see it as a good thing.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I feel fully supported by my people manager. However I do not think the wider practise understand what the apprenticeship is.

    7/10

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I feel as though we do the same job as a graduate and should therefore be paid similar amouns. As I do not live in the centre of town it probably costs me a fifth of my wage to travel in and out each month.
