It is a scheme which entails each and every person to succeed throughout there time here at hms sultan. There is a mix of both academic as well as hands on experience which gives a good mix and balance on engineering. It is very organised and a proper system is in place to ensure that we all succedd here at network rail

I receive so much support from my trainer because i once gave my work in 6 weeks late due to unforseen circumstances and they still helped me thrive. If it wasnt for them I wudnt be here today but they always encouraged me to go the extra mile and acheive success to my maximum.

I receive a lot of support from my employer every day. I have 1 to 1 meetings with my provider in which we discuss my performance that is on going and we look to improve in ny progress and see how we can acheive this goal by setting targets. I also get to address any concerns i have to my employer and they try with all efforts to help me with my concern

Onviously the money is not sufficient for me but i do manage to get by.
