  • Credit Card consultant- I take calls from customers and handle there requests from simple pin reminders to complaints.

  • I have learned new skills & also developed existing skills. This course has helped me develop as a consultant for LBG.

  • I really enjoyed this program. I love learning new things and developing my skills. This course has done this.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Lloyds Banking Group?
  • I feel very valued at LBG. Any questions or queries that I have are dealt with efficently and all my concerns are dealt with confidently by management and HR.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • This program was well layed out. The amount of work that was given each month was managable. I was looking to get as much done as possible as quick as possible but my trainer requested that I followed his set plan.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I have received a lot of support from my trainer Lee. He is fanastic always was in contact when needed. When above and beyond in my opinion.

  • I have received the same amount of support from my employer as I did from my trainer I was given the time I needed to do this course.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • The salary we get with LGB for what we do is above the salary other banks are giving for the role. Living costs are always getting bigger. Wage increases are helping.

  • I am not sure as I havent looked at other companies or job opportunities I happy at LBG.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I already have unfortunately there wasnt the need for staff at the time due to a previous intake. But he is on a list. Its a brilliant company to work for.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
  • Enjoy the experience of the interview/ role play day get involved. It is excellent insight into the role.
