Lawyer Review

I have been working in Pinsent Masons law firm, participating in different team tasks and having an insight to law by completing different tasks to do with each team in the firm. I also attended morning presentations which have me a better insight to law and this firm.

I have learnt many new skills but in particular team working skills. You cannot work well in a firm without being able to work well with other team members.

This programme was exceptional as it gave me an insight to law in depth and everyone was so helpful and supportive. I also enjoyed working in the corporate team the most as the work was easier for me to understand.

I do feel very valued as I am constantly supported by everyone in each team.

The programme is very well structured and I would recommend it to anyone interested in law as the presentations were informative and the team work was great.

The head of each department is very supportive and interested to hear why I am interested in law which is great.

We do not get paid as it is work experience but pinsent masons do pay their staff very well.

They offer placements to many kids my age which is great and highly beneficial to those interested in the law route.

It has been an amazing experience and I have learnt so much in a week. I have also learnt that there are so many different teams which you can get involved in and I have really enjoyed corporate law.

Definitely take part and write a really good personal statement and try your hardest to impress.
