  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Monotonous dredging through payments, repairing them where necessary. At first it is fairly engaging however after a short while the task becomes repetitive. With little progression due a lack of a structured training plan, I am not heppy in my role.

  • Not overly, I don't feel comfortable in my role, tit does not allow for me to exploit my real potential and I feel as though I am a redundant limb helf the time. The role is not constantly engaging or exciting, and really doesnt hold my interest.

  • I don't feel valued. i am aware that not every need can be met and it is absurd to believe that a major company would be able to change things to help me, but its the basic things that one would expect of an employer that seem to have been neglected.
