  • I am a telephone consultant. I take calls for all sorts of queries and applications for savings accounts.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have been able to develope some existing skills including application writing using buisiness terminology as well as improve my knowledge of the bank and its processes.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoyed the program as its structure was well planned and timed. you get great support and a chance to engage with other apprentices and stakeholders.

  • I feel valued as they have helped me to achieve more and progress my own developement.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It was very well organised and structured. All meetings were kept and on time and the assessor kept in contact and was supportive.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • As much support as needed. she was always on hand to help with any queries and support needed.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I recieved any support that was needed. There was not much need however they gave all time required for the qualification and all reasources were available.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • There were no costs so very well. all costs were covered by my employer which I was very happy about and showed their support and dedication to help me develope.

  • There are other opportunities outside of work within other banking groups and the financial industry.

  • Yes

  • Because it provides a good salary and staff benefits to support its employees as well as offering oportunities to progress and develope further.
