  • 9b. Why?
  • Great opportunity to start a career and find your feet in a business environment. I wasn't sure (and still aren't 100%) on what career I'd like, but this has definitely provided me with the skills and knowledge I need to be able to make informed decisions about my career.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
  • Have a well structured CV, listing your work experiences, skills, grades and other achievements. A covering letter always helps in job applications as it shows the employer your writing style. Be confident and clear in your answers. Smile and keep good eye contact. If you are unsure, ask for the question to be repeated. Prepare answers for competency based questions, thinking of times when you've shown you are intuitive etc. Have a list of your strengths and weaknesses. Be prepared to answer why you want the job and why they should chose you. Lastly, in terms of interviews, have a couple of questions to ask the interviewer, it shows you are interested and engaged in the conversation. When you start, be prepared for a lot of training and learning. When you feel demotivated remember it won't last and you need to do these things to be able to work effectively in your new role!
