  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • In my current role as a Transformation Analyst I have to complete various tasks such as analyzing HPE's way of working. The end goal is to create a new internal organization. On a day-to-day basis I work from the Newcastle-Upon-Tyne office however there is travel involved.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Firstly, I completed a L3 apprenticeship in Systems & Networking. I completed this program from August 2014-August 2015. Whilst completing my apprenticeship I achieved an ITIL Foundation certification. In my new L4 Project Management apprenticeship I am learning lots about the projects world.
