Monitoring email and updating tools related to the role I am doing on that day.
I have developed more effective communication skills and management skills.
The communication is very poor in the company and management distances themselves from the apprentices.
Management tends to distance themselves from the apprentices therefore leaving me with no real point of contact. Questions about our future and pay never seem to be answered.
The training provided by QA is outstanding. The structure is fantastic and I feel like I am taking away the most from the theory side. However, there is no real structure at all within HPE. There is no real sense of being part of the company and there is no communication whatsoever.
Lots. The training provider (QA) is outstanding. They provide assistance with coursework, exams and try to tackle any concerns we have with the course or employer.
The management does not provide much support. We have monthly one on one meeting with capability managers which 9/10 get cancelled. The team I am working with do their best to support me which is great, but I feel that the higher management and the employer itself does not support me enough.
Moderately well. I am an apprentice so the wage I am receiving is great. However, the feeling that no one is answering any concerns about wage rises is very concerning. I travel 80 mile a day to work and I do not receive any support or any indication of pay rise.

I feel there is no real structure as of yet. There is great potential in this company, but for now I believe this is just a way to get cheap admin roles.
Ask for everyones opinions for the role you are taking on who already work at the company. Honest opinions.
