  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme itself is not structured or organised very well as the Apprenticeship company doesn't help a lot and doesn't aid when we are struggling. HPE is great but its a first for the area I am in to have apprentices.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Not a lot of support from the training provider unless we have a set training week. They come and check on us every 6-8 weeks but it doesn't change anything and they aren't very good at getting back to emails.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There are many events and classes which the company support and give us discount too, which allow us to try new things and learn new skills. I haven't used any of them yet but will do in the future.

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Hewlett Packard Enterprise is a good company to work for and is great fun to be apart of. The only thing that lets it down is the apprenticeship company.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Hewlett Packard Enterprise?
  • I would just tell them to be themselves and to be patient with the company as it may take them a while to get back to you but they will do it. Its also good to brush up on some basic coding.
