One a day to day basis I perform the usual testing activities and have a big impact on the team.
I have learnt all sorts of skills over the period of my apprenticeship so far. I have had lots of training on how to work to the best of my ability in the workplace and also have had additional training course that would improve my work.
I love the programme that I am on because it is improving my skills everyday and the organisation I work with give me plenty of time to make sure I take advantage of the training I am receiving.
I feel I am very valued and am always being told I make a massive impact on the team. Everyone in my workplace are friendly and are always there to help.
We have recently had a new structure been put into place and so far has been working well.
QAA have the best training I have received and feel that it is improving me massively.
We have meetings on a weekly basis to make sure that we are getting on well and that there are no problems during work. There is always someone to help and you never feel alone.
I am very pleased with the salary I recieve and feel that HPE does everything they can to support me finacially.
Yes, We have a team which focuses on many activities outside of work hours. Some of these activities are sports to keep employees healthy and others are for charity. We are always intvited to activities and asked to participate.

HPE values all their colleagues and always gives them the oppotunity to take training and make sure they get the best experience while they are working. HPE is a great company that will help people build their skills and give them great career oppotunites.
Dress appropriately and be polite, be confident and show them you can offer skills. The most important thing is that you show you are determined to be a team member that can be relied on.
