I work in HPE in the ITO future generation programme and my role is Rotations and Governance. With the graduates in HPE, I work with their managers every day to make sure the graduates move to a different role within HPE every 6 months. Admin and governance work.
Business Conduct. Excel Skills. Confidence. How to manage tasks with deadlines.
I enjoy my apprenticeship, I enjoy working within the office/team I am in.
I feel appreciated by my work manager and also the other graduate managers / graduates in my team.
We had an introduction week which was helpful before starting in the office. Loads of helpful training courses available on the HPE site. Loads of support from my team. Doesn't seem very organised as to what jobs/tasks each apprentice has to take on.
The graduate I work aside who is training me has been very supportive and patient.
I across from my manager and also have monthly half an hour meet ups.
It gets me to work, out with friends and to treat myself every month
Yes we get 8 hours paid volunteering and also HPE holds many events you can help with within the campus
Yes
Good well known world wide business to work for with many opportunities.
Really sell yourself in the interviews and prepare to give a presentation on a topic you wont know about until then.
