My role entails finding incidents from the DWP and resolving them, usually resulting in a device rebuild.
i have learned how to resolve incidents sent to my team
I am new to this, so it will take some getting used to, however, I am enjoying this programme.
I feel very valued as I am one of 2 apprentice's in this specific team.
It is very well organised
We revived a lot of training from QA, we often go into the Newcastole office to do training
I receive lots of support from my employer, as we're their first apprentice group, we are often supported a lot.
My salary is great for costs
There are opportunities to go out with team members to get to know them a bit better
