  • I am a Senior Customer Advisor for Lloyds Bank and this involves talking to customers to meet their banking needs and open/convert bank accounts.

  • I have developed, leadership, delivery and coaching skills since completing my Apprenticeship.

  • I enjoyed the programme greatly as it enhanced my existing experience and made me think about which direction to move in terms of development.

  • I feel valued as a long standing employee. I think my development prospects are better than ever.

  • The programme was well structured, presented and delivered. There was always full support from my Trainer?Assessor.

  • As above.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • We receievd support in terms of witness testimonies and help with some content. But there was very little work time given to complete the course material.

  • As a mother of two young children and working full time, I struggle with any time for myself outside of work.

  • Yes

  • LBC is a great place to work. I would throughly recommed it to anyone who would like to start off their career journey, or gain experience in the financial sector.
