Applications consultant, collaborating with client and offshore teams to ensure all applications stay up and all updates and changes are conducted quickly and efficiently

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt 5 new coding languages in less than 6 months, learnt lots of new skills in relation to business practices within the IT industry and developed existing communication skills

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I look forward to going in to work in the morning and look forward to Monday's; can't get better than that!

I feel as though I am making a strong impact and helping to drive the business forward and keep the client happy with great expectations being upheld

Great structure with every little detail planned out and shared with us, the apprentices

All help that I could ever wish for; and more! Always somebody there that I can talk to and courses and guides that I can follow if I'm at all stuck on anything

All support and more; always somebody there who is helping and guiding me

All expenses are paid for and salary is great for the extra's that we are given. 4 chances of a pay rise p.a. too!

A few events outside of work but not too many

Yes
