    • I am on a business administration apprenticeship, I work in the manufacturing plant and work with the managers and supervisors on a day to day basis

    • I have learnt how to communicate with people from all levels of the organisation and how to manage my time and get things done before the deadline

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I really enjoy it as every day is different and I work on a variety of tasks, no two days are the same

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Stellantis?

    • I really feel valued and that I have a real job within the organisation with real responsibilities

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • I enjoy the fact that we can rotate around different functions within the organisation but our training provider can be very frustrating

    • The training provider as I said before can be very frustrating and I don't feel like I get the same level of support from them as I do from my employer

    • I feel very supported, I know who I can go to in order to get help and advice, they are always willing to listen

    • I am very please with the salary package that I receive - I can even get a car when I am 22

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

    • yes - I got to go to the Goodwood Festival of Speed last year and worked there for 4 days

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • it's a great scheme that gets you real work experience without all of the student debt!

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Stellantis?

    • apply in time, be honest about your interests and have an open mind about where you work - you will really enjoy it
